For subdivisions with covenants, this will unburden all dues - paying residents. For subdivisions without mandated road repair fees, this will be a great tool for recruiting reticent residents into the existing road repair efforts. This bill, if enacted, would lower the amount of automobile suspension repair and maintenance faced by residents on substandard roadways, and restore more equity into a situation in which residents carry the burden of road wear -and - tear from nonresident vehicles. I imagine that it is not lightly that the County would consider lowering its amount of property tax revenue, so I very much appreciate this initiative. Please vote YES on Bill 38!
