The homes may have young children and people with health issues, who are more vulnerable to such hazards than the general population. The homes will probably be priced relatively low, so occupants will be people with lower incomes who are less able to deal with any difficulties. ZA Has anyone asked first responders what they think of this? Here are some permitted MCX uses. All generate visitors and traffic, plus other impacts: Amusement and recreation facilities, indoor --noise Automobile service stations —noise, gas fumes t W Bars, nightclubs and cabarets —noise Car washing --noise. This high decibel noise can easily break out and invade nearby areas... chiller compressors produce noise levels comparable to a Harley Davidson zooming down the highway.... data centers use back-up diesel generators ... residents pay the price by enduring noise levels of up to 110d BA." httr)s://ketchurnandwaIto n,cc rri/5-sources-of-noise-in-data-centers-how-to-control- Laundries—fumes Major outdoor amusement and recreation facilities —noise Please ask a lot of questions about this bill. n Q`t o a C3 =r - Comm.
