Kierkiewicz, Council Member District 4 SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 60, Draft 2; an Ordinance Amending Chapter 25, Article 1, Article 2, Article 4 Article 5, and Article 7 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Zoning District Regulations for Meeting Facilities, Churches, Temples, Synagogues, and Community Buildings. Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 60, Draft 2. During its meeting on June 17, 2025, the Policy Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Economic Development amended Bill No. 60 with the contents of Communication No. 313.2, resulting in the attached draft. The Committee then voted to postpone Bill No. 60, as amended to Draft 2, to its meeting scheduled for July 8, 2025. AK:kj Att.
