Council Testimony
Testimony regarding Bill 47. OPPOSE!!
As a Big Island resident, I OPPOSE Bill 47 as it is an outrageous program of government overreach.
People are struggling!
I don't have any vacation rentals or transient accommodations on my ag property but I feel it would be unreasonable and
cruel to prohibit and/or levy fines for such practices on private property.
Please reconsider this horrible policy and OPPOSE BILL 47.
