Please defer Bill 47 to make certain we first understand other
island's mistakes in overlooking zoning loopholes.
I remember reading about giant vacation rentals springing up on
other islands & nasty lawsuits that followed.
If a vacation rental in a residential neighborhood has 20
bedrooms it's Likely to include parking problems, etc.
Small details can turn into giant headaches for residents, so
let's make sure we're doing this right and straighten out these
possible problems ahead of time.
