I'm a retired senior living with my disabled spouse and we have a home in Waikoloa Village. With all the
rising costs and our small income from SS, we needed to subsidize our income somehow. That being
said, we turned our master bedroom into a small studio and have it set up as an air Bnb/VRBO. We pay
out state, tat, and now County taxes. We are compliant with the state and county law and now adding
even more in taxes and more regulations is making it difficult for small time people like us. Thank you for
