Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Hilo Downtown Improvement Foundation to support its
4th of July Block Party.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $1,860 from the Clerk -Council Services ā
