Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of a one-year subscription and access to Magnet
GrayKey Essentials, Magnet Axiom Advanced, and Axiom Advanced GrayKey training, valued
at approximately $24,102.50 by Our Rescue, a not for profit organization with the mission of
rescuing children from slavery and delivering them to safe havens. Magnet GrayKey is a
forensic tool that will be utilized to advance law enforcement efforts in combatting human
trafficking and child exploitation.

Request to prepare a resolution to accept and acknowledge a donation from Our Rescue for a one-year free
subscription and access to Magnet GrayKey Essentials license + Magnet Axiom Advanced, and Axiom
Advanced GrayKey training, valued at approximately $24,102.50.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Our Rescue is a not -for -profit organization with the mission of rescuing children from slavery and delivering
them to safe havens that offer freedom and rehabilitation. Their mission is best achieved through
collaboration with Law Enforcement Agencies by providing tools, training, and technology to enhance their
capabilities.
Magnet Graykey is a forensic access tool designed for same -day, lawful access and extraction of encrypted
data from mobile devices. Magnet AXIOM Advanced is a suite of training courses offered by Magnet
Forensics designed to enhance digital forensics expertise, particularly in mobile and computer investigations.
The donation will be used for, but not limited to, law enforcement efforts of combating Human Trafficking and
Child Exploitation.
