Council Members may participate in each special meeting from either the Hilo or Kona Council
Chambers.
To encourage greater public participation, the first meeting of each section is scheduled for 5PM
on a planned Council meeting date. Community members are welcome to testify in either
Chamber or via Zoom.
Meeting dates for February and March 2026 will be determined following publication of the
Council's 2026 meeting calendar.
