Note: The proposed HSAC Legislative Package will be transmitted to each unty'
Council for consideration. Unanimous approval is required for each.proposal to remain
in the HSAC Legislative Package.
November 28, 2025
• Deadline for the Counties to approve the proposed 2026, MAC Legislative Package and
submit the clerk -certified resolution to HSAC.
December 12, 2025
• HSAC Executive Committee will approve the final 2026 HSAC Legislative Package
prior to or on this date.
December 19, 2025
• Deadline to transmit the HSAC Legislative Package to the Hawaii State Legislature for
bill introduction.
