If a Courtesy Site is unavailable and/or participation is disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue. ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 232-25: ACCEPTS THE DONATION OF A ONE-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION FOR MAGNET GRAYKEY FORENSIC ACCESS TOOL FROM OUR RESCUE The donation to the Hawaiʻi Police Department, with an estimated value of $24,102.50, would be used to advance law enforcement efforts in combatting human trafficking and child exploitation. Reference: Comm. 370 Intr. by: Council Member Kānealiʻi-Kleinfelder (B/R) Page 2 FC-14 July 8, 2025 BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 38: AMENDS CHAPTER 19, ARTICLE 13, OF THE HAWAIʻI COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY TAX CREDITS Establishes a Private Road Tax Credit of up to $500 to be applied towards a homeowner’s real property tax bill when the homeowner expends at least $100 annually to maintain, repair, or improve a private roadway that is not restricted by a gate and is managed by a road maintenance organization. Reference: Comm. 203 Intr. by: Council Member Kānealiʻi-Kleinfelder Postponed: April 15, June 3, and June 17, 2025 (Note: There is a motion by Council Member Kānealiʻi-Kleinfelder, seconded by Council Member Galimba, to recommend passage of Bill 38 on first reading.)
