This legislative measure is crucial in maintaining connectivity for our community while aligning with the intent of our residents regarding the regulation of unnecessary and unsightly expansion of wireless infrastructure. The Imperative of Connectivity and Safety Bill 24 is a meticulously crafted plan that comprehends the indispensability of telecommunications in modern society, yet prioritizes public safety and prudent development. The bill includes provisions that exempt critical services such as police, fire, and ambulance operations, ensuring that these essential services continue to operate without impediment. This foresight guarantees that emergency responses remain efficient and effective. Ensuring Community Safety and Aesthetic Integrity A significant facet of Bill 24 is the implementation of a 600-foot setback requirement from residential areas and educational institutions.
