COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23G 25 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br />RECREATION TO PURCHASE A 3D PRINTER FOR SIGNAGE. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Parks Maintenance Division <br />maintains inland parks, beach parks, playgrounds, ball fields, cemeteries, and other recreational <br />facilities, undertakes construction, repair, and renovation projects for buildings, equipment, and <br />grounds, and operates a storeroom for departmental maintenance supplies; and <br />WHEREAS, one of the goals of the Parks Maintenance Division is to provide the public <br />with safe repair and renovation projects for buildings, equipment, grounds and supported <br />landscaping and beautification projects; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase a <br />31) printer to create signage that supports the maintenance, safety, and beautification of various <br />recreational facilities; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation to purchase a 31) printer. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $3,050 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief $3,050 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5505.11 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,050 <br />Parks Maint Equip <br />454 Computer Eqpt & Software <br />(3D printer for signage) <br />
