Contingency Relief Funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control for the Hilo Downtown Improvement Foundation (HDIF) for its 4th of July
Block Party.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $1,100 from the Clerk -Council Services —
