Council District 9 proposes to appropriate its Contingency Relief funds to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to the Lions Club of Kona Community Foundation, Inc.,
(LCKCFI) to assist with lighting rental expenses at the 39th Annual Hawaii Kupuna Hula
Festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $2,200 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
