Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 59, Draft 2. During its meeting on July 9, 2025, the Council amended Bill No. 59, with the contents of Communication Nos. 303.2, and 303.1, resulting in the attached draft. The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d), which requires the holdover of a substantively amended bill, and adopted Bill No. 59, as amended to Draft 2, on second and final reading. HGI:wpb Att.
