SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 38, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 19, Article
13, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, As Amended), Relating to
Real Property Tax Credits.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 38, Draft 2. During its meeting on July 8, 2025, the Committee
on Finance amended Bill No. 38, with the contents of Communication Nos. 203.5 and 203.6,
resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then postponed Bill No. 38, as amended to Draft 2, to the meeting scheduled for
August 5, 2025.
