confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above -referenced lawsuit Eric A. Seitz, Esq. filed on behalf
of his clients, Josephine T.W. Bishop and Nelson Hinano Kahele.
