Re: Resolution for multi -year agreement
The Department of Finance seeks to enter into a lease agreement for a five-year term
commencing on September 1, 2025, with four options to extend the lease for an additional five
years. The purpose of executing this agreement is to re-establish a satellite police office in
Pepe`ekeo, which is approximately fifteen minutes from the Department's headquarters in Hilo.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a five-year, multi -year lease
agreement with four options to extend the lease for an additional five years with GEC
Development Group, LLC.
