These bonds are to fund a portion of the costs of certain public water <br />system improvements for the Iki Place, Kohanaiki Homesteads, North Kona, Hawaii. <br />Enclosed is a resolution requesting the Council to authorize the adoption of USDA Form <br />Resolution 1780-27 providing for a USDA loan to finance the improvements indicated above. <br />Time is of the essence regarding this bill and the accompanying resolutions. We are therefore <br />requesting to waive it from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the August 6, 2025 <br />Council agenda.
