Re: Bill No. 251, Draft 2, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 24, of the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition) Relating to Vehicles and
Traffic.
Attached please find a copy of the above-referenced bill which amends Chapter 24,
Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-264, Schedule 12 (Stop intersections), Subsection (1)
Kona, at Kuakini Highway, Kaiwi Street intersection, all approches, except the right-
turn lane on Kuakini Highway north bound approach to Kaiwi Street which shall be a
yield condition.
