Re: Testimony In Support of Resolution 233-25
Aloha, Chair Kagiwada, Vice Chair Kaneali'i-Kleinfelder and County Council Members:
am submitting testimony in support of Resolution 233-25 which will authorize the Mayor
to enter into an intergovernmental agreement University of Hawai'i and the Hawai'i Police
Department to allow police officers to obtain their BA degree. Further professional
development of our County Police Officers is a benefit to the community as well as the
officers themselves. This is a very positive resolution and I urge you to vote YES.
