SUBJECT: QUARTERLY REPORT ON 201H APPLICATIONS PER RESOLUTION
431-20 DIRECTING HAWATI COUNTY TOSTRATEGICALLYADDRESS
ITS ESCALATING HOUSING CRISIS WITH URGENCY, DATED
JANUARY 22, 2020.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submits the quarterly report as
requested by Resolution 431-20 DirectingHawai`i County to Strategically Address its
Escalating Housing Crisis with Urgency, dated 1/22/20.
The following provides an overview of all pending HRS §201H applications as of July 17,
2025:
I. ACTIVE HRS 4201H APPLICATION
The Office of Housing and Community Development has not received any new
Applications under the 201H program.
At this time, there are no additional updates or actions to share.
