Transmitted herewith is Resolution No. 235-25, Draft 2. During its meeting on July 22, 2025, the
Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs amended Resolution No. 235-25,
with the contents of Communication No. 379.1, resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then recommended passage of Resolution No. 235-25, as amended to Draft 2, at
first reading.
