Council Testimony
OPPOSE BILL 51
Please note that both myself and my voting family members ALL OPPOSE BILL 51 in its entirety and do NOT support the
outlawing of feeding cats on county land. There is no harm to the public caused by anyone who may be providing
humane treatment to helpless animals. In what way would it be beneficial to the public to pass this bill? It is inhumane
and we OPPOSE it.
