Subject: Cat feeding
Council members,
I have volunteered feeding the feral cats at the Mauna Lani for 15 years. I am truly saddened by the proposed bill. If you
were to see these poor animals trying to survive is sad indeed. I blame the pet owners of the Big Island for not spaying
and neutering their pets. Having reduced or free spaying and neutering, would eliminate the need for feeding. Please
consider that.
