To whom it may concern:
This correspondence is in opposition to HB51. Animal Control has failed the Big Island, specifically Kau
District. The funds meant to spay/neuter and control the animal population has been
misappropriated. Funds meant for the feral animal population are no where to be found and this bill
simply let's the politicians pocket or reallicate the funds for their own projects and agenda while
community members want to humanely control the feral population.
Democratic leadership is failing our communities.
