IN FAVOR of Bill 51
To Whom This May Concern,
Please know as a local born and raised here community member, I fully support Bil151,1 believe anyone
hindering native ecosystems should be prosecuted. People who feed cat colonies are delusional in the
fact that they think they are doing something positive, when they are helping to facilitate the growth of an
invasive species that has shown time and time again to poison our native habitats and kill native wildlife.
Any person who feeds cat colonies are not educated in conservation. They should pay for the damages
that they are helping to occur.
