Please oppose this bill. The cats fed by the kind heart people of this island are also, spayed/neutered and vaccinated.
Years of work from AdvoCats and others nonprofits cannot and should not be criminalized. Helping the less fortunate
should not be punished and what is that going to do? Help the rat populations to increase is not going to bring less
illness, quite the opposite actually.
Please stop this bill from going thru.
