Please oppose bill 51. A feline feeding program is an important part of trap, neuter, and release programs. Did you know
that one un-neutered cat can "make" 15,000 kittens in its lifetime? And all those kittens get busy and make more kittens.
Hawaii County has got to get serious about controlling its feral cat population and this cannot be done without TNR (trap
neuter release) programs.
