Subject: Oppose Bill 51
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to oppose Bill 51. Feeding the feral cat colonies helps them stay healthy, less prone to
disease, and easier to manage (trusting the good hearted samaritans that spend their own money
and take their own time to care for these potentially abandoned pets).
The best way to control the feral population would be to fund a spay and neuter program, not
criminalize the folks who are doing their best to look after the animals that should be our kuliana to
take care of.
