Subject: Bill 51 opposition
Dear Council,
I strongly oppose Bill 51.
The individuals that spend their own money and volunteer time to feed colony cats should never face
criminal charges! The county should be helping the volunteers and the animals they care for rather than
criminalizing their actions. We need to establish affordable and available spay/neuter programs. To even
consider penalizing the care giver is cruel. Throw this Bill out!
