Subject: Bill 51 re: Feeding Cat Colonies
I am strongly opposed to restricting caring for cat colonies on the Big Island, and I vote!
The volunteers that care for these cats on their own time using their own funding are doing what the county should be
doing.
Do not make them criminals for doing what should be YOUR JOB!
Support them, fund them -- but do not criminalize them!
