Aloha,
I strongly oppose bill 51. Please vote no on bill 51. Fining kind hearted people who feed and care for feral cats on
county land is not the solution. It is simply cruel. Trap, neuter, and release is the best humane option for feral cat
populations. People who are feeding, trapping, neutering and releasing feral cats are doing their best to humanely care
for these cats. Hindering them, fining them, denying them access to these cats - will only hurt community relations and
hurt the cats. Please have compassion and empathy for feral cats and their caretakers and vote no on bill 51.
