Subject: Opposition to Bill 51
To whom it may concern,
I am completely opposed to Bill 51. It would be cruel to pass such a bill, and by doing so, contribute to the suffering of
our cat community. We need intelligent, well thought out and compassionate alternatives for these cats, who, through
no fault of their own, are homeless. Spay/neuter and feeding programs that support the health and welfare of our feline
community is the only viable, long term solution. Thank you, Laura Gleason
