Re: Proposed Amendments to Resolution 242-25, Resolution Transferring/Appropriating an
Appropriation Out and From the Designated Fund Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund
Account
Please see below the proposed amendments to Resolution No. 242-25, amending the account number
for Sundry Refund to address a typographical error. The proposed amendment is shown in Ramseyer
format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 242-25, where the material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is bolded and underscored.
The BE IT RESOLVED clause is amended to read as follows:
"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that the
following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:
