Subject: I oppose Bill 51
... that criminalizes the feeding of cats on County land.
Feral cats are a big problem, but this is not the way to fix it. Until the County comes up with a better
solution (there's basically no solution at all... Animal Control is a JOKE) it's not aloha to let cats starve. Or
punish those who try to help them survive (which usually includes neutering... at no expense to the
County.)
Please do not pass this bill.
