Subject: Against Bill 51- Oral Testimony attached
My name is Jason Hetzel, and I live in Captain Cook. I strongly oppose Bill 51. We need to come together as a community and
develop an integrated strategic plan to help the cats on this island. Their unfortunate situation was 100% caused by humans
living here. This bill is hitting with a hammer, not using a scalpel. There are going to be second and third order effects from this
bill that inevitably will not go well for any party involved. We can do better.
