Bill 51
Hello.
I'm a resident of Colorado, but my father's family lives down in Hawaii. They have loved it so far, and are
building a home for themselves and their cats to settle down and retire. My family gives back to their
community, seen by my own eyes, by donating to charities, being generous with their neighbors and
feeding stray cats. I understand Bill 51 stands to penalize the feeding of stray animals, and may concern
deportation of persons or animals. I urge you to reconsider, speaking both ethically amd ecologically,
there are other avenues for handling a feline infestation. My family is incredibly passionate about
animals and caring for the natural ecosystem of Hawaii. Thank you foryour consideration.
