Bil1.51 is a disrespectful, cruel, and likely illegal NON-ANWERto a solvable problem.

It is disrespectful to those MANY seniors on a fixed income who take their' -time and dollars
VOLUNTARILY to work towards resolving this issue with Aloha. I have contributed to several caring
individuals and groups doing this work of catch - spay & neuter - and release. Do you really
want to
criminalize Aloha and compassion? How stupid is that?
Do you really want to criminalize seniors volunteering from a place of compassion and aloha?
Do you really think that is why we elected you?
You realize the Nazis normalized "otherism" and criminalized compassion and the feeding and sheltering
of non -Aryans. How is Bill 51 different..? It is the same small-minded cruelty.
The county's past and current steps have NO Aloha - and have been ineffective.
Rather than CRIMINALIZE, You need to work WITHthose who are already engaged - with true aloha - to
solve this issue compassionately.
FLUSH Bill 51. It is a turd.
