Subject: Oppose Bill 51
Aloha,
I strongly oppose Bill 51. It is in direct conflict to current animal cruelty laws, does not help enforce current animal anti -
abandonment laws, and does not fund spay/neuter.
These poor cats didn't ask to be born and don't deserve to be starved to death. TNR is humane and proven. Numerous
studies show that starving cat colonies does not help our precious nene.
