Us feeding and spaying/neutering them has absolutely no effect on you. If you don't want them to kill even more birds, you need to let us keep feeding them without any penalty!! These are innocent lives! They are doing no harm. This is a first world country we live in, yet treating these innocent animals as if they are nothing is a third world country mentality that needs to shift.
