Subject: I oppose Bill 51
Criminalizing feeding cats is a step backward, making it harderto trap and spay/neuterthe animals. It's
also cruel.
Please look for humane, positive ways to address this issue, supporting TNRM and organizations that are
helpers, not punishing people who are trying to do a kindness.
This reminds me of -criminalizing -sitting or sleeping, punishing symptoms rather than fixing the underlying
issue.
