Re: Testimony Against Bill 51
I am against the passage of Bill 51, making it illegal to feed cats on County property.
Why make being kind to homeless cats against the law? People will feed these cats covertly anyway. There are
much better and more effective laws to pass, such as allotting more funding towards on -island spay and
neuter programs and public education campaigns.
Again, I am against Bill 51.
