Dear Council,
The community cats need the community's help.
Not persecution.
There is a problem of overpopulation yes, and cats need to be trapped and fixed.
If you do not allow volunteers to take care of cat colonies, what do you think is going to happen with
these cats? If they are not fed, there will be more of the bird population killed. Also, have you ever
thought about what will happen with the rodent population if these cats are eliminated?
Help your community volunteers with the cat population instead of punishing people who are trying to
help!!!
