Dear Council, please -oppose bill 51. If cat sanctuaries are not allowed to feed feral cats, they will either starve or start
killing our native birds to survive. We need a thorough approach to this issue that provides for Trap/Neuter/Release,
make massive efforts to trap, neuter and domesticate all new kittens, and make extensive efforts to send many cats to
