I'm appalled, APPALLED, that u would want to criminalize and pass a bill stating u can't feed stray cats.
They need to eat too. Instead of punishing them, try punishing and making it severe that people can't
dump them. Bet u take a break for lunch while I decide... to go eat... to go eat.... They can't... why???
Because this stupid bill! Unreal the inhumanity of people. God will judge one on their heart! Remember
that! In the Bible he speaks of leaving the corners of the field for for the poor. He's looking down now at
all of u, selfish heartless people who want to criminalize someone for giving something that is hungry, to
eat. What a shame!
