Subject: Please Oppose Bill_51
Bill 51 will criminalize the compassionate, hard-working volunteers and non -profits who are making
animals' lives better.
It would not be necessary for concerned caregivers to feed cats on County land if there were funds to
spay/neuter them, and an animal sanctuary to care for them.
Bill 51 is not the answer to the problem of homeless cats.
