Subject: Oppose Bill 51
Aloha,
I am writing to oppose Bill51 because I feel it's a very cruel thing to not feed an
abandoned living animal with nowhere to go.
We have people in the community that feed the cats, trap, neuter and try to
find good homes for these cats using their own resources.
adopted one of these cats 3 years ago.
Please consider a county run program to help to do the same, trap, neuter and "
find homes for these animals who have been abandoned at no fault of their- own
and not criminalize the people who want to help them and not let them starve.
