As to the councils Bill 51, it needs to be scrapped. People will not stop dumping cats at these areas. All
you are doing is showing your inhumanity by allowing these animals a slow death.
For the council members that are running for office or supporting a candidate, you will not be getting my
vote and I will be very vocal in opposition.
